EZ AS 1-2-3

1

Get Pre-Qualified

Apply online with one of our experienced, nationally ranked Loan Originators. They’ll explore every traditional mortgage option available to you first—and only after all possibilities are considered will they help you see if you qualify for our EZ Program.  Once you're qualified make sure you fully understand the program.

2

Find your new Home & Close

Work with an experienced real estate agent to find the right home. If you don’t already have an agent, your loan officer can refer you to one they trust. To reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, ensure your offer includes the seller paying 6% of sales price toward your closing costs, and that the seller pays the buyer's agent commission. Your agent should connect with your loan officer in advance to ensure they fully understand the EZ Program.

3

Refinance in 2 Years

Once you're settled into your new home and enjoying it, we encourage you to stay on the financial path outlined by your Loan Originator. While home equity is never guaranteed, our hope is that within two years, you’ll have built substantial equity and your financial situation will allow you to refinance into a traditional loan.

You're always free to choose any Loan Officer you'd like, but we strongly recommend working with the expert Loan Originator who guided you through the homebuying process—they're already familiar with your situation and committed to helping you succeed.  Note you are not required to refinance, ever you may continue making payments for 40 years and the home belongs to you, or pay it off in full anytime after 2 years from purchase
